Not sure how I missed this, but Kansas City’s all-world-quality local coffee roaster, The Roasterie, has taken online coffee vending to a new level. The site is called MyBlendCoffee.com. From a review by Present Magazine:

MyBlendCoffee.com is impressive, combining an excellent product with a service launched in October 2008 that has been thought out thoroughly. The web site experience was fun, engaging, and easy-to-use (as detailed in the story “MyBlendCoffee.com Delivers Convenience, Choice, Connection.”) Once ordered, the coffee arrived on my doorstep via UPS ground delivery within a couple days. How convenient is that?
A cursory look at the site leaves me very impressed. This gives me a whole new avenue of ideas for my birthday wishlist…
